The male owner, a mechanical engineering student, lives in a separate lower-level suite. Two private bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom. On the main level, residents share the furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen. Shared laundry is on the lower level, and every closet includes built-in storage.

Enjoy a prime University City location with an easy commute to shopping, dining, and everyday essentials. Approximately a 5 minute drive to the UNC Charlotte campus and Atrium Health University City.
